• Manufacturing will begin only after final approval from the customer.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment must be completed before production begins.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Customization & Production

• All products are made to order and personalized as per customer specifications.
• Minor variations in color, size, and finish may occur due to manufacturing processes.
• Special customization requests are subject to feasibility and may attract additional charges.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
• LazerLuv is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
• Customers must ensure accurate delivery information while placing orders.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Customized products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
• Cancellation is allowed only within 4 hours of placing the order.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Limitation of Liability

• LazerLuv shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
